  • Kids Fitness & Games: 30 minute class. Kids learn to work together in a social, game and fitness oriented environment. Ages 3-6.
  • Gymnastics: 45 minute class. Kids learn the fundamental tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Jiujitsu (Gi and Nogi): 60 minute class. Learn the fastest growing martial art on the planet from black belt instructors! Whether your goals are to build confidence, learn self defense, or compete in sport jiujitsu, we have the environment for you! Classes available for ages 7+.
  • Talon Martial Arts: 45 minute class by age range. Includes a structured curriculum designed to progress a student through fundamental striking for self defense and jiujitsu, character building, and bully prevention strategies. 18 month, progressive curriculum with belt testing achievements every 8 weeks. Age 7-9, and 10-12.
  • Black Belt Team (BBT): Advanced (Grey belt and above) or Coach’s invite. Jiujitsu class designed to increase student awareness and skill building around submissions, systems, and increased sparring. Talon Martial Arts students may be invited to this class upon successful demonstration of achievement of a minimum of white belt with blue stripe. Ages 7+.
  • Hip Hop Dance: Learn hip hop basics with choreography leading to a fun performance! Ages 4-11.
    Cardio Kickboxing: 60 minute class. Learn fundamental self defense offense and defense in a fun, fitness focused class. Ages 13+.
  • Self Defense Fundamentals: 60 minute class. Discover the Power of Mixed Martial Arts Fundamentals! Step into our Mixed Martial Arts fundamentals class to build a strong foundation in striking, kicking, clinching and grappling. This course is designed to boost your confidence, improve your fitness, and equip you with versatile combat skills for self-defense and personal growth. Ages 13+.
  • NoGi Fundamentals: 60 minute class. Master the Essentials of NoGi Jiu-Jitsu! Join our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals class to sharpen your grappling skills with takedowns, escapes, and submissions. Enhance your strategies and tactics to improve your ability to defend yourself or step into competition. Ages 13+.
